Day 1: Rio de Janeiro
Arrival in Rio de Janeiro; meeting with the guide. Transfer to the hotel. Free time
 
 
Day 2:  Rio de Janeiro 
Breakfast at the hotel Excursion to the Sugar Loaf & City Tour (4 hours) You will go all the way up to the top, in two steps by cable car, from where you'll enjoy the beautiful view of Rio de Janeiro's Co-pacabana beach, the bay,the surrounding mountains, the islands in the ocean and Rio’s landmark–the Chirst Redentor. After this amazing experience you’ll go to the city center and the old town of Rio,with its antique churches, the main cathedral of the city, as well as buildings built in colonial style.
 
 
Day 3: Rio de Janeiro 
Breakfast at the hotel; Free time. We advise you to relax and prepare for the big Carnival party comingup! A fantastic evening is waiting for you–Rio’s famous Carnival! You will be picked up at your hotel and taken to the Sambodromo where Brazil’s biggest party takes place. You will be able to be part of this huge festival and watch the representatives of the best Samba Schools of Brazil dancing and singing in front of you in their marvelous colorful costumes. The energy coming from the passers-by can be felt in every inch of the venue, and you will definitely fall for it. Sing along with the coral, dance to the drums, get excited with each School and emotional with it’s components, all this and more.Youcan enjoy this mind-blowing show the whole night–as long as you want to! You also have the option to be taken back to your hotel–in case you are too tired-after every samba school.
 
 
Day 4: Rio de Janeiro 
BTour to Corcovado Mountain + Crist the Redeemer Statue (4 hours) After breakfast you’ll set off on atour through the city. Arriving at the station, where the environmentally friendly train will take you through the jungle to the top of Corcovado. On either side of the railway you will have spectacular views of the Tijuca forest, inhabited by monkeys and other exotic animals and birds. At the top of Cor-covado, at an altitude of 700 m above sea level, stands the landmark of Rio–the Statue of Christ the Redeemer (38m), which was built in 1931.You will have a breathtaking panoramic view of the metro-polis and its environs Bridge Niteroi, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden, the world's largest soccer stadium, Sugar Loaf, and more is possible from the top of Corcovado.
 
 
Day 5: Rio de Janeiro–Foz do Iguaçu
Breakfast at the hotel; Transfer to the airport, flight to Foz de Iguacu, where you will be picked up and taken to your hotel
 
 
Day 6: Foz do Iguaçu

The area is onthe UNESCO World Heritage List, which consists of 275 separatefalls; the highest fall, which is called “Devil's Throat”, reaches 70m, which is 1,5x the height of the Ni-agara Falls. It represents one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the planetand it has unrivallednatural richness.You will start your tour to the Brazilian site of the magnificent Falls. The Iguaçu National Park, Brazilis at 25 kilometers from Foz do Iguaçu city. It has a 1 kilometer long walkway from which the 275 fallscan be seen from a front panoramic view. The splashes coming from the falling water make you feelthe falls grandeur and cover the sky with thousands of rainbows. In the evening, you will be transferredto your hotel with an English-speaking guide. Day 7: Foz do Iguaçu
Good morning! After a delicious breakfast in your hotel, our guide will pick you up for a full day ad-venture to the Argentinian Side of the Iguazu National park. The Argentinean side is very differentfrom the Brazilian one; there are the three trails leading you through the nature in the park:The Lower Circuit: At a length of 1,700 meters, runways venture into the lush jungle to take directcontact with the breaking of the DosHermanas, Chico and Ramirez. Walking down a runway you canbe at the foot of a huge seawall water which is the fall of Salto Bosetti and you will enjoy the steep fallsin the Saltos Alvar Nuñez, Elenita and Lanusse. The Upper Circuit: a walk of 1,300 meters, elevatedrunways will take you on the fall line of several major jumps, reaching the edge thereof. It provides anoverview of the whole area from a greater height. The Devil's Throat: Accessed through the Rainforestwith the Ecological Train arriving at the Devil's Throat Station. From there, after a 1,000 meters walk,you will reach the enormous 'Devil's Throat'. You will walk around next to the falls to have a closelook of the falls. You can feel the strength of the water and enjoy the 55.500 hectares of natural beauty!In the evening your driver will drive you back to your hotel.Optional: Macuco Safari The big adventure begins at the Macuco Safari entrance gates, located at kilo-meter 25 of the Cataratas Highway inside the Iguassu National Park, withembarkation in open jeep-towed wagons that permit an unobstructed view of the scenery along the trail. During the stretch ofthree kilometers through the jungle, multi-lingual guides point out examples of the flora and fauna ofthe Park. Orchids, palm trees, bromeliads, centenaria trees, as well as wild animals that occasionallycross the trail are pointed out by the guides. The hike-The second stage, a stretch of 600 meters (optio-nal), is a hike on a trail that leads to a waterfall baptized "Macuco Falls". The waterfall-perfect for arefreshing dip on days of intense heat-spills down from a height of approximately 20 meters. Accessis via a stairway carved into the ancient rock. The last stop is the Macuco Safari docks on the Brazilianside of the Iguassu River. In the water, inflatable bi-motor boats, constructed to withstand the rigors ofthe excursion, are secure and efficient vessels. Before embarkation, passengers receive life-vests andplastic containers in which to protect photographic and filming equipment. The boat travels up-riverpassing the canyon facing the rapids at a speed that permits the appreciation of the scenery. Rocks, ani-mals and a lot of greenery completes the scenery until the base of the Falls is reached, next to the "greathorseshoe" know as the "Devil's Throat". Waterfall shower-Rainbows, blue sky, mist and water inprofusion, punctuate the spectacle that has as its high-point the area of the Falls baptized "The ThreeMusketeers". There the captain manuvers the boat in orderto get close enough to provide the passen-gers with a quick and refreshing shower. Since at the end of the fun everyone normally ends-up wet,the passengers more sensitive to cold should not dispense with extra clothes to use after the boatexcursion. Day 8: Foz do Iguaçu - Buzios
Breakfast at the hotel; Transfer to the airport, flight to Rio de Janeiro, where you will be picked up andtaken to Buzios. Accommodation in a hotel on the tropical coast.
