The Owner of Website which includes subsidiaries and affiliates ("Website" or "Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides visitors ("you" or "your") the details and information of the website or any of the pages of the website, like the use of website, our liabilities & limitations, Booking contract, Taxes, Passport & Visas, Health & Travel Insurance and Complaints, which will be relevant to a specific section of the website.

Use of Website

• The content included in this website is to help visitors get proper details and information. It can be changed as per the company's point of view.
• Third parties or we are not responsible for any warranty or guarantee related to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the content or information or material which they found on the website.
• The use of any personal information and materials on this website is all on your own risk. We are not responsible for any issues based on the use of your details.
• Whatever you see on the website is owned by us. Copying or taking our details are strongly prohibited.
• Whatever we include on the website is not anyone's property.
• If we inspect any unauthorized use of the website, then we will raise the claim to the unauthorized user for damages or as the criminal offense.

Booking Contract

Your Contract is with LeEnticing Global. This contract between us begins when we confirmed the tour to your selected destination and get the signed documents of booking and deposits. We will confirm the booking order as per your signed documents. It will indicate to us that you agreed to our terms and conditions.


To complete the process of booking, you need to deposit 50% of the total payable amount to the company's bank account.


As per the contract, you need to deposit 50% of the total payable amount, and the rest amount can be paid before seven days of your departure. We hold the right to decide the amount which we can take from the visitors.


If the visitor or visitor's family wants to cancel the holidays, then they must have to notify us in writing. In case of cancellation, we will apply cancellation charges to the visitors. Cancellation Fees totally depend upon the reason of your ticket cancellation. For your betterment, we advise you to understand or ask us for the cancellation policies before confirming the booking or canceling the booking. Cancellation Fees of Airlines tickets varies as per the particular airlines. Service Fees are not refundable.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

• Let us make this clear that after the finalization of the service cost, if there is any hike in the price or fees applied by Govt. of India, and then the same will be charged as extra from the visitors.
• All included journey routes are samples, so never assume that it will be exactly as shown. We hold the right to reschedule trips as per the visitor's safety, comfort, and health.
• Our rates are based on the rates that we negotiated with the hotels, airlines, etc. We also change the prices as per the standards changes by the hotels or airlines.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident & breakdown of equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury & damage to the person, property, or any connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services. We are also not responsible for any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, wars, strikes, riots, medical or custom department regulations, or any other cause beyond our control.


The entire amount whatever the visitor will pay is exclusively applicable to Service Tax. The GST will be decided as per the amount paid for the booking. The visitors must have to pay the GST with respect to the supply of the services. If a party doesn't have a relevant document to claim a tax credit for the deduction, then the other party will be responsible for paying the amount of tax deducted. Taxes are mandatory in various countries.

Passport and Visas

All visitors departing from India must have a valid passport and Visa as per their destination. Issuing of client’s visa will totally depend upon that specific country’s immigration department. If you are traveling abroad, then it is your responsibility to make sure that you have a valid passport, documents, and Visa that meets the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Also, we make you clear that the rejection of Visa will be totally depending upon the country's immigration policies. We are not responsible if that specific Country council will disapprove your Visa. Any penalties or fines as a result of not meeting the government policies will be your sole responsibility. Visa Application Fees will not be refundable in case your Visa gets rejected.

Health and Travel Insurance

Visitors must have to make sure about their health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to their travel. They also have to assure about carrying the required vaccination with them. Before boarding, you should consult your doctor. The vaccination you take should be confirmed through the Department of Health for travelers.


Our company always does our best to provide passengers trouble-free vacations. If you have any complaints, you can directly contact our Tour Manager. If the issue is not resolved, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you don't write to us at this specific time, then this will affect the investigation and the result of the complaint.
